Nikolai Bukureschtliew, Majority Shareholder and Head of the Supervisory Board
Mr Bukureschtliew studied mathematics in Sofia and Cologne focusing on financial and insurance mathematics. He acquired knowledge in computer science and information technology through self-study. In 1982, he founded the Much-Net data processing company and turned it into one of the leading system producers for financial service providers (such as banks, investment companies, insurance companies and corporate treasury departments) in Europe. The company was transformed into Much-Net GmbH in 1989 and has been registered as much-net AG since May 2000. Nikolai Bukureschtliew was chairman of the management board until 2013. In 2013, he became head of the supervisory board alongside the supervisory board members Frank Burow and Bernd Zugenbühler. Also in this position, he will continue to be a contact person for customers, potential buyers, cooperation partners and employees.
Olgo-Kryno Geissler, Chief Financial & Sales Officer
Mr Geissler is a merchant in wholesale and international trade (Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann), studied business administration with a focus on “Company Taxation and Auditing” and worked in different industries (computer production and sales, film licence exploitation, production of spectacles and an opticians group) before he became business administration manager and authorised officer at much-net AG from 2000 to 2012. In March 2013 he becomes a member of the executive board of much-net AG with the following fields of responsibility: finance and sales.
Andreas Siebert, Chief Development & Services Officer
Mr Siebert has been working for much-net since 2006 and became a member of the executive board in 2016. He is in charge of development, services and projects and the main contact person for all national and international projects of the much-net AG. His fields of responsibility range from consulting services in all PMS-relevant matters, analyses of customer needs and development of requirements specifications to project and integration management and the customisation of PMS to specific customer needs and requirements. A special focus lies on the interface management like the Bloomberg interface for instance. Andreas Siebert has gained many years of experience in the provision of finance-related IT services.
